DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We inform you of the expected delivery time for our products on each product page. We may inform you of any delays by e-mail, in which case you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please see "Cancellations" below. Shipping is free for all orders placed within Europe and the UK. Your package will usually be delivered to your nearest collection point. The company that will ship your order will be indicated at checkout.

ANNULATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time until we have dispatched it. To cancel your order, please send us a clear request to contact@tethys-design.com indicating your order number.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Once we have delivered your order, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear message to contact@tethys-design.com and include your order number. If you wish to change your order, you must return the purchased product and place a new order for the product you want instead. We'll email you a shipping label, which you'll need to use to return the package to us. Be sure to include all the product's components and pack it carefully in the original box to better protect it from damage.original box to better protect the product from damage in transit. We have the right to charge you if you have used the product, if you have not returned all the components or if you have damaged the packaging more than necessary to test the product. DEFECTS

If you notice any obvious damage to the packaging upon receipt of the delivery, please report this immediately to the carrier. If you have received the wrong product or if the product itself is damaged, please contact us by sending an e-mail to contact@tethys-design.com. If the product we have delivered to you has a defect within two years of delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time by sending a notice of defect to contact@tethys-design.com. Please include your order number and a clear description and picture of the defect. Non-conformities due to improper handling, abnormal use, wear and tear or accident are not considered "defects". Upon receipt of your notice of defect, we will determine whether or not the defect falls under the commercial or legal warranty. If we have determined that the defect falls under the commercial or legal warranty, we will offer you one of the following solutions (at our discretion), at no cost to you: (i) repair, (ii) re-delivery of a new product, (iii) price reduction, or (iv) refund. We will bear the cost of the return. However, if you have already returned the product to us and we have determined that the warranty does not apply, you are responsible for the costs associated with this return and any other shipment.

REIMBURSEMENTS

If you are entitled to a refund, we will usually issue it as soon as possible after receipt of the product. Refunds will generally be made to the same method of payment used for the original purchase of the product.

UNCLAIMED MAIL

If your order has been sent to a collection point and you have not claimed the parcel within the time limit communicated by the transport company, we have the right to charge you our shipping costs to and from you, as well as a processing fee of 15 EUR (or the equivalent in your country's currency).
